Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Secure Packaging
Ensure the water cases are in their original, unopened condition and place them back into the shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Shipment Drop-off
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days of receiving your RMA.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse confirms the seals are intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically appearing within 3-5 business days.
